Alice May is a Transaction Coordinator and licensed real estate agent. She is most passionate about helping agents, clients, and customers navigate a home sale or purchase while removing as many pressures or roadblocks as possible. She always wants to be known as a positive, friendly, competent resource for those who work with her. Alice prides herself on her communication, leadership, and organization skills as well as her commitment to accountability and responsibility. In addition to her expertise in real estate, Alice has extensive experience in project management and business administration.

Alice has been a Virginia resident since 2001 and has lived in Gloucester since 2004. Part of her heart is still in Pittsburgh, where she grew up, and in State College, PA, where she graduated from The Pennsylvania State University. When she’s not in the thick of a real estate transaction, she’s spending her free time with her husband Mark, her two grown children Justin and Megan, and Murphy, their Maltese/Yorkie mix. Alice can always be counted on to face the world with a positive attitude and a smile on her face!
