In 2020, Ashley expanded her influence by founding her own real estate team, providing hands-on training, mentorship, and accountability strategies. A lifelong resident of York County, Virginia (with a brief relocation to Hawaii due to her husband’s military service), Ashley has an intimate understanding of the Hampton Roads community, both personally and professionally. She currently resides in York County with her husband, Adam, and their three daughters: Allyson, a student at James Madison University, Alivia, a student at Virginia Tech, and Emma, at York High School, who keep her busy at home. When she's not helping clients buy or sell homes, you’ll find Ashley enjoying time with her family, including her three beloved dogs—dachshunds Cooper and Roxy, and yellow lab Hazel.
