I’m Summer Quillin, a millennial entrepreneur from East Texas turned Coastal Virginia Realtor® and investor. More familiar with relocations, PCS moves, and new beginnings than I’d like to admit, I understand firsthand how challenging—but also how rewarding—each new chapter can be. As a military spouse of over 17 years, I’ve experienced the ups and downs of moving across states, rebuilding community, and finding the perfect place to call home. My journey into real estate began at the closing table as a Notary Public, where I worked alongside title officers, lenders, and Realtors® to ensure seamless and stress-free closings for buyers and sellers. That experience sparked not only a love for the process but also for the people and their stories.
Before pursuing real estate full-time, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University and spent over a decade in law enforcement. After relocating to Hampton Roads, I transitioned into real estate—combining my attention to detail, communication skills, and heart for service into a career that allows me to truly make a difference.
